- Market the property on all the major portals and social media platforms.
- Show Applicants around the property between 9am - 5.30pm 6 days a week.
- Undertake referencing on all applicants through our external referencing agency Goodlord. You will be provided with a referencing report for each applicant.
- Draw up the tenancy agreement and have it signed by all parties.
- Collect initial rental payment and deposit.
- Provide Tenant with all relevant documentation.
We can provide you with a detailed written inventory with plenty of photos at a cost of £100 + VAT.
We can secure the tenants deposit with MyDeposits.co.uk and hold the deposit in an insured account at a cost of £45 + VAT.
